What car brands do you repair?
We work with all car brands because we sell used cars from all manufacturers. With us you can always get help, no matter what car you drive!
I have a question about a used car I bought from you?
The easiest thing for you is to contact the seller you did business with! Of course, you can call the switchboard at 0920-23 00 88 if you don't have the seller's number, and you will be connected to the right person.
Byter ni nyckelbatterier eller lampor – utan tidsbokning?
We can usually help with this even if you don't book an appointment! But please give us a call beforehand, you can reach us on 018 69 68 68.
Jag har fått notis på service – vad ska jag göra?
Always book service for your car at the specified service intervals.
You need to do this to maintain any warranties, and because missing service can lead to larger and more extensive repairs.
If you receive a service notice, it means it's time, and you are most welcome to contact us!
Do you use original parts?
We mainly use original parts, but can also use parts of equivalent original quality.
We have many years of experience with spare parts and can always help you as a customer by making affordable choices when original parts can sometimes be a bit expensive.
In some situations, it is better for you as a customer to pay a lower price for the spare part but get an equally good function that we can provide as a workshop.
Will I receive a confirmation once we have booked an appointment?
Yes, you will receive a confirmation via SMS when we have received your booking.
Make sure to write down your time or put it on your calendar too, just in case!
What if I need to change my time?

Can I leave the car outside opening hours?
That's fine! Then you put the key in the key box or in another agreed place!
How do I know when my car is ready?
You will receive an SMS or phone call from us when your car is ready to be picked up.
What happens if you find something else that needs to be repaired?
If we discover that any other part is worn or needs to be replaced – we will call you and tell you, to check with you before we do anything.
We always try to make recommendations for what is best for you to do with the car – but it is always you who chooses whether you want to fix it or not.
So you can rest assured, we won't do anything we haven't agreed on!
Har ni däckverkstad och däckhotell också?
Yes! You can take care of your seasonal tire changes with us. Of course, we offer tire hotels for your second set of wheels too!
