Representatives from both Björklöven and Niemi Bil met to launch the collaboration
The new collaboration means that Niemi Bil strengthens its commitment with Björklöven as the main partner. Players and other staff at Björklöven will also have the opportunity to drive brand new cars from the popular electric car brand MG, which is Niemi Bil's first new car brand in Umeå.
– Niemi Bil became a partner in connection with the establishment in Umeå and it has been a very good and active collaboration from the start. It feels very good that they choose to increase their commitment to main partner and as exclusive car supplier with MG, says Michael Dahlén in Björklöven.
Tomas Lybeck, site manager at Niemi Bil Umeå, has been a Björklöven supporter since childhood and thinks it is extra fun to sign a cooperation agreement with such a strong local brand.
"Björklöven is without a doubt the team in my heart and they have an exciting journey ahead of them, just like MG, so it feels like a collaboration that will be very rewarding for both parties."

The company's CEO, Eric Wallin, sees it as a matter of course that they support the local communities that in turn give so much to the companies that operate there.
"It goes without saying for us to support local associations, and Björklöven is an incredibly important part of everyday life for so many Umeå residents, especially for children and young people, so expanding the collaboration feels natural."
Starting in the 2024/2025 season, when the collaboration is renewed, Niemi Bil will be an even more committed partner to Björklöven and work together to achieve the high goals set by the association.

Niemi Bil has been in Umeå since February 2022 and has quickly become one of Umeå residents' favorites in the car market. Since spring 2024, they have also been a dealer for MG in Umeå, when the company opened its second car showroom in the city, also at Formvägen 8.
