MG is coming to Niemi Bil in Uppsala!

From October 2026, Niemi Bil Uppsala will become an authorized dealer and workshop for MG. Uppsala residents will thus have new opportunities to both discover MG's entire model range and take care of their MG at Niemi Bil.

Now we can finally welcome MG to Niemi Bil in Uppsala and we are really looking forward to showing off the cars to both new and old customers, says Peter Svanberg, location manager at Niemi Bil Uppsala.

From October, the entire MG model range will be available to both private individuals and companies. At the same time, the facility's workshop will become an authorized MG workshop and can assist MG owners with, among other things, service, repairs, warranty matters and service agreements.

A growing collaboration

MG is already a well-known car brand within Niemi Bil. The new MG has already been sold and serviced in both Luleå and Umeå. Now comes the next step when Uppsala also becomes part of the initiative.

– We believe very much in MG, and their cars have developed a lot in just the last few years. Now they are really high quality cars and there are options for many different needs and budgets. The fact that we are now able to develop the collaboration in Uppsala also feels like a natural and very exciting next step, says Per Falk, workshop manager at Niemi Bil Uppsala.

Sales and workshop from October

Both sales and the authorized workshop for MG in Uppsala will therefore take place at Niemi Bil's premises at Fyrislundsgatan 76 from October onwards. For existing MG owners, this means no changes other than visiting a different address than before, when the car brand was at Hedin Automotive.

It feels really motivating to finally be able to offer brand new cars to the people of Uppsala and all our corporate customers in Uppsala who are looking for a partner for leasing and service. We are already a dealer and workshop for MG in Norrbotten and Västerbotten, so it naturally feels great to be able to launch that service and range to our customers in Uppsala as well, which we will do with a bunch of really strong offers during the autumn.
