The MG S5 EV will arrive in 2025 as a replacement for the MG ZS EV, an electric compact SUV on the same platform as the MG4. It is rear-wheel drive and available with two battery sizes, 49 and 64 kWh.
The larger battery gives a range of around 480 km according to WLTP. The S5 EV is a practical family car with a spacious rear seat, and the interior has physical buttons for the most common functions. Because the model is so new, a used MG S5 EV is usually a nearly new car with most of the seven-year warranty remaining.
