The Audi A5 is based on the A4 but has a lower, sportier body, and is available as a Coupé, Cabriolet and five-door Sportback. A used Audi A5 Sportback is the most common choice in Sweden and combines coupé lines with a hatchback and four doors.
The 480-litre boot space in the Sportback is fully usable, and most have quattro all-wheel drive and an automatic. The TDI diesels are frugal long-distance engines, while the S5 is the performance model. From 2024, the A4's successor will also be called the A5, so check the generation when comparing cars.
