Niemi Bil was founded in 2006 as a family business and still is today. Over time, the family has grown and we have welcomed new employees and partners. We are proud to call ourselves an authorized dealer of Mazda and Maxus, and to be able to provide our customers with high-quality service. In our car showrooms, we have carefully selected used models from manufacturers that we have long experience in mediating and servicing. We currently have about 80 employees. We are proud to be Scandinavia's largest dealer of Mazda 2020 and have northern Sweden's largest selection of used cars. Today we are located in Umeå, Uppsala, Skellefteå and Luleå, where we have our headquarters. In the autumn, we will open in Kiruna.

Job duties

We are looking for a driven and committed site manager for our new sales facility in Kiruna. The duties include both strategic and operational work. You will have overall responsibility for the facility, employees, finances, operations and results. Initially, you will be involved in building our operations to create a well-functioning group and organization. You will be part of and collaborate with our site manager group and report to the CEO and management.

As a site manager, you have a varied job, where qualities such as leadership and good teamwork are important. In your role as site manager, you are responsible for sales and purchasing of used passenger cars and commercial vehicles. You lead your employees by example and set high standards for both performance, treatment and service. You lead sales towards high-level goals and have strategies for how the team should work to successfully achieve these while also running your own sales. Our ambition is that our managers lead by example.

You have the ability to engage, motivate and develop your employees while optimizing customer satisfaction. You run the business in a profitable and cost-effective manner and ensure that our salespeople work according to our processes.

About you

You have good communication skills and are an independent leader with a passion for sales. It is an advantage if you have experience in sales leadership and have a genuine interest in business. You have a good understanding of business processes and sales techniques. You are structured, results-driven and know how to create long-term customer relationships. You have relevant education in sales or equivalent experience. As the role involves many contact areas, it is important that you are communicative and pedagogical in both speech and writing. You also have good computer skills and knowledge of the Office package. Possession of a B-driver's license is a requirement.
